I can relate to the Computer stuff:  I actually had to get a Win 98 Service 
Pack!  I also re-formated my Win 95 P166 (no service packs and all the old 
software) and converted it to NT/Linux server.  If I knew how much work that 
would be, I would NEVER have tried it :-)
