I don't "usually" bite my tongue regarding what people eat. I did it in
a single post to Keely, in tongue-in-cheek fashion, and for two
specific reasons. First, she is my best friend since seventh grade.
Second, she is my younger son's godmother. In both cases, I have
a deep and vested interest in the state of her health, and I will use
whatever means I have available to ensure that it continues in the
best of possible states for as long as possible. I present
information to the rest of you. To Keely (and those others to whom I
am not just a set of opinionated pixels on a screen, but a real flesh-
and-blood human being) I occasionally nag. I try to do it in a friendly
fashion, but if Keely dies on the OR table having her gallbladder
removed, I'm out a best friend and my baby is out a godmother, and
I will do whatever I can to see that that never comes to pass.

And I don't believe anyone has asked you to explain yourself.
