Only one fundamentally incorrect arguement? I did better then I thought!
Actually, then I guess we agree, to some point, that "getting on with life"
is what needs to be done, you are probably just exercising more patience
then I am...which is good. To be honest, we all have things that "push our
emotional buttons" and with me, it's any apperance of self pity, because of
all the harm I saw that attitude have while I was in the hospital. I would
guess Holly has seen the same while working as a nurse.
You're right, though, since we are dealing with teens, a bit more patience
is a good thing. And I should be more tolerable of this attitude, though I
won't back down from my basic premise that it's still a destructive, harmful
attitude to have.
Thinking clearer and less emotional now......
