More on the witch hunt

Well, now I'm even more confused. (Bet some of you didn't think that was
possible! :) Laws are a removal of our rights? So 1st degree murder being
illegal is a removal of one of my rights? I thought it was illegal, in part,
because it's an act that interfeers (I'll have to check later to see if I
spelled that right) with someone else's rights. In this case, thier right to
have a life.
In case some of you hadn't deduced, I am what would be called a 'Law and
Order" guy. One of, if not the, alltime favorites for my reading pleasure is
"Lord of the Flies" While I won't pretend to get all the symbolism in it. I
did get out of it, that man, left to his own desires, and given utmost
freedom, will turn his society into total chaos. So, we need restraints, and
we need structure. I see very little in real life that would make me think
otherwise.
Dave R (For a year, I wouldn't talk...now I won't shut up, what's going on?)
