Okay.  Two things.  Mea culpa for forgetting who it was who said which.

Other, which I won't apologise for...one of the things I learned in the
course of years of discussion and debate was that you can paraphrase...I
wasn't quoting.  I know that.  However, writing down the diatribe over again
didn't thrill me.  I've read it, everyone else on the list has read it ( who
might care about this discussion).

And as for feeling threatened or defensive...<shrug>  I put in my two cents
on the matter.  Ultimatatly, Holly, much as I admire you as a writer, and I
enjoy some of your thoughts on matters of L,TU,&E, your opinion (or not) of
me doesn't mean jack shit and we both know that...so why would I be
defensive?  Until you and I know one another as actual people, this is an
interesting mental exercise...
