Yeah. I had, and have, one. It's slow, loud, clumsy, and too small
to back up my whole hard drive, requiring several hours and a
couple of tape changes. As a result, I don't use it regularly . . . and
I can see where that gets me. I know me. I am religious about
backing up my writing -- have a zip drive and save everything I'm
writing to it a couple of times a session, just because its quick and
easy and reliable. I need to find something as elegant as the zip
drive that will back up the whole hard drive. Found this digital thing
the other day that would back up 30 gigs at a pop (certainly more
than I need now or am likely to need in the near future), but it was
a) three hundred dollars, and b) required a 5 1/2" internal drive bay
and an open ISE slot, and c) didn't come with the cartridge, which I
couldn't find in the store, and d) I had never heard of the maker. So
I'm still looking.

I did. Now my Gizmos won't work.
I hate Windows.
