Jaz drives are very fast if you have a SCSI card, they make a parallel port
adapter, but it tends to slow things down considerably. Jaz drive is
basically a hard drive platter inside a plastic case. Very reliable, I have
never seen one die yet. And I have quite a few of them laying around here.
