Have you tried the beta patch for Gizmos?  I know alot of people don't like
to install beta software but it is a option that might help get it to work.
Also if you go by their web page you can do a search through their online
support and see if something comes up.

I personally have never used Gizmos so I have no idea if either would have
solutions to your problem you are having right now.
