Linux & tech support

I don't know much about Linux, but I do know tech support for most places
just needs to know * what * you want to do. They expect to help people who
don't know "where to start". On the other hand, be prepared to stay on
hold for an hour or more. Take advantage of those free days, it will save
you time in the long run. Good luck.

P.S. have a better dream tonight than the previous best you've had this
year.
