Go to the diabetic section of your market - not the dietitic - you will
find chocolate bars there as well as a number of other things.  There
are also a number of cook from scratch books for diabetics.  Usually in
the dessert section they use honey for sweetner.  You can also use fresh
citrus juice in place of cane sugar in your desserts made at home.

We buy Estee fructose sweetened Milk Chocolate bars that is sponsered by
the American Diabetes Association.  They are pretty good once you get
used to the different texture and the fact that they are not as sweet as
Hershey bars.
