Bob,
Why are you cutting out sugar...Other than Keeley told you to? Health in
general or a specific problem. Just looking for what kind of "sugar" all or
just refined? Can you have small amounts or need ballanced diet to control
diabetes etc.
For a treat try...
Sugar free instant choc pudding prep as listed on the box and fold frozen
topping whip cream or non dairy topping put it in apie shell and refrigerate
for an hour or so. It makes a suprisingly good choc. pie very light and if you
use the instant no after taste from the "sugar free" stuff.
or
Also try instant sugar free pudding blended with softened cream cheese for
a kind of cheesecake type desert... Experiment with different flavors the more
dense you like your cheesecake the more cream cheese you add. for texture
sugar free cookie pieces or nuts are good.
or
If you just have to have candy try the sugar free haard candy made by
lifesavers they are really good. BTW remember sugar free isn't calorie free!
