[Holly-L] fanning

Hi, Becky,

I love horses -- had them when I was a kid. Before that, I just pinned
a scarf on my shorts and galloped through the house on all fours,
pretending I was a horse. My best friend Laura and I must have driven
my mom nuts. We drew horses, talked horses, set up jumps in the house
to gallop over .....

I was a little more sane by the time we both turned eight, but not much.

The things you like about my fantasy are the things I like doing in
fantasy. That's pretty encouraging. If you like horses, by the way,
TALYN will be right up your alley. I'm getting back to my fantasy
roots with that one -- horses play critical plot parts at several
points in the book, the Tonk are descended from nomadic horse-breeders
... parts of it are a whole big horse thing.

Nice talking to you, by the way.

Holly
