I'm not tender about crit, -.... hmmmm... I feel like I'm babbling defensively now and I don't mean to do that. Let me try put it in a more positive frame. I've found that (for the most part) critters who are 'into' what I'm doing can be more critical and less destructive and frequently offer more insightful and pointed advice and crit.
